DTE Energy Assessment — the open Detroit efficiency door
Participating contractor. BPI or RESNET. 866-796-0512. Open now. Not the paused Detroit MiHER income apps.
If the house is wasting heat, the open utility door is DTE Energy Assessment / Home Performance with a participating contractor. BPI or RESNET on their file. Find-a-contractor path on dteenergy.com. 866-796-0512.
Do not confuse this with MiHER. Detroit district new income-qualified MiHER apps have been paused since May 2026. DTE is the badge that still moves.
